Ground floor: Reception area, breakfast room, kitchen and toilet.

First Floor: Shared bathroom (with shower, bath and toilet). Bedrooms 4 and 5.

Second Floor: Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3, small kitchen.
In the kitchen area there is a microwave oven, a refrigerator, crockery and cutlery for clients use. You may wish to take advantage of any number of different take away food counters in East Road (5 minutes walk) or telephone for a home delivery of a pizza, Chinese, Indian or Thai meal.
Coin operated public telephone which is separate from the main business phone. The coin box number is 01223 501028.
None of the bedrooms are en-suite but all rooms have hand basins.

Tea and coffee is provided in every bedroom, all of which have a colour television set. Wireless internet access available.
